基於2017年文藻東南亞國際學術會議(2017 Wenzao International Conference on Southeast Asian Studies, 2017 Wenzao ICSEAS)，會議主題為”Beyond Borders and Boundaries”，及會後同名的英文專書(共10個章節，出版日期為2018年6月)等豐碩成果，東南亞語言教學中心繼續承辦第二屆文藻東南亞國際學術會議(2018 Wenzao ICSEAS)，會議主題是”Southeast Asia: Transition and Transformation”，
