Internship Opportunity Survey

 

  1. 如何申請：視實際申請類別(暑期、學期)，請至本校生涯發展中心下載並填寫制式「學生暑期校外實習報名表 Internship Application Form（Summer）」或「學生學期校外實習報名表 Internship Application Form」、「學生實習個資蒐集同意書 Personal Data Collection Agreement」、「家長同意書 Parental Agreement」。
  2. 如何繳交：填妥後繳交紙本至東南亞語言教學中心辦公室(正氣樓一樓近行政大樓)
  3. 抵修注意：具有「東南亞語言與產業學分學程」身分學生，可直接以本次參加作為本學程選修課程，並於完成本校規定之實習要求後，獲得學分；非學程生者，申請前請務必向報告所屬系所主任報告，並規劃此課程學分應抵修所屬系所的哪些學分。
  4. 申請期限：即日起至108年1月31日
  5. 審核：經收妥報名資料後，本中心將進行書面形式初審，後續再由實習單位進行複審（複審形式依實習單位規定）
  6. 完成課程：請於實習結束後，一周內，繳交「學生實習成果報告 Internship Report」（詳見第1點連結）電子檔至本中心sl00@mail.wzu.edu.tw及生涯發展中心cdcwenzao2@gmail.com，並向實習單位索取「學生校外實習成績考評表 Internship Evaluation Form」、「校外實習證明 Certificate of Internship」紙本繳回本中心，以利後續辦理授予學分事宜。
