有關防疫最新公告請見生輔組：防疫公假(隔離、自主防疫、疫苗接種)申請方式公告(111年10月4日起適用)

故如你本身被通報上述狀況，請記得主動完成以下事項：

1. 填報本校防疫通報：https://a00wzu.edu.tw/visit/17
2. 務必自行告知每門授課老師，並討論上課/彈性課程事宜
3. 防疫相關問題請洽衛生保健組；課程問題請洽課務組；假別事宜請洽生活輔導組(請找到正確的單位諮詢問題)
4. 防疫作為屬滾動式修正，如有任何更新，須以教育部、本校公告為主。

So if you are notified with the above situation, please do finish the following indicates:

1. Please fill in the reporting system: https://a00wzu.edu.tw/visit/17
2. Please inform every teacher about it, and discuss how to attend the course.
3. Any question about the quarantine, please go to the Health Section; about the course, please go to the curriculum section; about the attendance & roll call, please go to the Student Assistance Section (please DO go to the proper section for solving your question)
4. Epidemic prevention is a rolling revision. If there is any update, you should follow the announcement of the Ministry of Education and Wenzao.
