【系友講座】李威帶你遊印尼 從火山到街頭美食全體驗
東南亞學系近日舉辦一場精彩的系友講座,由系友李威分享他於印尼東爪哇省瑪朗市(Malang)的深度旅遊與文化體驗。李威透過「Ber瑪引」這本圖文並茂的紀錄,帶領聽眾走入印尼的自然奇觀、人文風情與在地美食。
講座一開始,李威以「Bermain」這個結合中文音譯與印尼語意的創意命名為開端,介紹他在2022年下半年旅居印尼期間的所見所聞。瑪朗市作為印尼第12大城市,不僅擁有壯麗的自然景觀,像是著名的活火山布羅莫火山(Gunung Bromo)和絕美的瀑布Coban Jahe,也有如Jatim Park 3這類融合教育與娛樂的主題樂園,適合全家大小造訪。
除了景點,李威也詳細介紹了當地美食文化,從經典的印尼炒飯、健康又具代表性的Gado Gado、香氣撲鼻的沙嗲(Sate),到深受當地人喜愛的Nasi Padang。他特別提到位於大學附近的平價小吃店Warung Ma'nia,強調即便是旅人,也能以親民價格體驗地道滋味。
李威也提供了他整理的交通文化說明,也讓學生對印尼的旅遊實用知識有更深入的了解。他提醒同學,印尼民風較為保守,旅途中需注意服裝儀容及宗教禮節,如使用右手遞物、不觸碰穆斯林異性等,展現文化尊重。他也提到印尼有給小費的習慣,出門在外應備妥小額鈔票。
李威的分享,不僅讓與會師生了解印尼豐富的文化面貌,也讓大家對這座色彩繽紛又充滿人情味的城市充滿了嚮往。
The Department of Southeast Asian Studies recently hosted an alumni talk featuring Lee Wei, who shared his travel and cultural experiences in Malang, East Java, Indonesia. Drawing from his illustrated work Ber瑪引, Lee guided the audience through the city's stunning landscapes, vibrant culture, and local cuisine.
Lee explained the title Bermain—a creative blend of Mandarin and Indonesian—before sharing highlights from his stay in Malang in late 2022. Key attractions included Mount Bromo, Coban Jahe waterfall, and Jatim Park 3. He also introduced Indonesian dishes like gado-gado, satay, and nasi padang, emphasizing budget-friendly spots like Warung Ma’nia.
In addition to sightseeing and food, Lee offered practical tips on local customs, such as using the right hand for interactions and respecting Indonesia’s conservative culture. He also noted the common practice of tipping.
Lee’s talk offered valuable cultural insights and inspired many to explore the beauty and hospitality of Malang.
