講者簡介 / Speaker Bio
Zoilo D. Belano Jr. 現為國立中山大學政治學研究所博士候選人，研究聚焦於菲臺環境合作與非國家行為者之角色。他擁有澳洲昆士蘭大學國際研究碩士（主修和平與衝突解決）、菲律賓基督教大學法學士，以及澳洲新南威爾斯大學亞洲研究學士學位。
Zoilo D. Belano Jr. is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Political Science at National Sun Yat-sen University. His research focuses on environmental cooperation and the role of non-state actors between the Philippines and Taiwan. He holds a Master of International Studies from the University of Queensland, a Bachelor of Laws from Philippine Christian University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New South Wales.
